This was a refurbishment of the Grade 1 Listed Scottish Provident Building beside Belfast City Hall. The building, on a very prominent site in the city centre lay derelict for some years. It has been carefully and sympathetically restored and refurbished so as to retain all the original features and charm, and is now operating as one of Belfast's most popular new restaurants.
