This was a conversion and reuse of a derelict commercial building into a modern and contemporary office development in the heart of Newry City centre. The site was extremely restrictive as it was bounded on 3 sides by other buildings, but we managed to bring light into the heart of the very deep plan by introducing a large atrium rooflight to flood the ground floor with natural light. The sleek and luxurious offices offer personal suites, co-working office suites, team offices, meeting rooms and board rooms for flexible use to meet all needs.
