Conversion of derelict listed building to 3 bedroom family home

This  Grade B2 Listed Building had fallen into disrepair and had been placed on the Buildings At Risk Register NI (BARNI). As well as refurbishing,  restoring and retaining as much of the original character as possible, a  lightweight single storey dining room extension has been added to the rear which contrasts old fabric with new materials to help create a  practical new family home.
